Refund Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of all baked goods, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

1. No Returns

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any baked goods.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may only be offered in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Significant order error on our part
  • Product quality issue confirmed upon review

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund only if requested before preparation begins. Once baking has started, materials and time have been allocated and refunds will not be issued.

4. Pickup & Delivery

We are not responsible for items after they have been collected or delivered. This includes damage due to improper handling, storage, or delays after pickup/delivery.

5. Food Safety

All products are perishable and should be consumed or stored promptly according to provided guidance.
