We are a small home-based company that makes delicious sweets called unleavened bread. What is Unleavened Bread? It’s a flat piece of bread or cake like treat that contains no leavening agents, such as baking soda or powder. We follow this as traditional, unleavened bread is mentioned in the Bible many times - so as a way to represent what we believe in, we started this company.

I love sweets and things of that nature, and I enjoy what I believe in. The Unleavened Sanctuary came about one Sabbath when I had overheard sisters talking about different types of desserts that are considered to be unleavened, because they contained no yeast, baking soda or powder. So upon my research, I came across a few recipes that I decided to try. 

 

I already knew how to make the basic ones: Lemon, Chocolate and Peanut Butter, but I really wanted to change my taste bud selection, and thus The Unleavened Sanctuary was born.

Unleavened Bread seems to be very popular among the Israelite community, and it can be difficult to make if you aren't careful and watch what you are doing. I love to try new things, and unleavened bread was very new to me. I only found out about this delicious treat in 2014, and here I am today trying to make the world a better place by making it for people who love it as much as me.

I have a passion for cooking and baking, I love to help people as well. So why not bake and help people at the same time, by providing them with delicious righteous treats.
